資訊融入教學真正的重點是教師的教學創意，是教師尋找數位教材輔助教學，提升學生興趣與教學效果。因此提昇教師於教學中使用資訊科技的課程設計能力，重於提昇教師使用資訊科技製作教學媒材的技巧。
       教學可分為教材與教法兩方面，資訊科技融入教學也應從這兩部分同時做起。教師的專業在於設計課程進行教學，不要求教師能夠製作出多麼炫麗的資訊媒體素材，先以資訊融入教學的觀點改變教師的課程教法。
學生的學習是無限制的，老師扮演的角色為學生知識鷹架的協助架構者，幫助學生主動學習建構知識，是以學生為中心的學習環境。
